The Tree Map
We at TheTreeMap are a passionate group of conservationists dedicated to conserving forest areas around river banks. We believe that protecting these vital ecosystems is crucial for maintaining the ecological balance and health of our rivers. Our mission is to preserve, restore, and enhance the natural habitats along riverbanks, ensuring they remain vibrant and thriving for generations to come.

Conserving Biodiversity
Riverbank forests are home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. By protecting these areas, we safeguard the habitats of countless species.
Preserving River Water Quality
Forests play a crucial role in filtering pollutants and maintaining water quality. Healthy forests mean healthier rivers.
Trees control Soil Erosion
Trees and plants help stabilize soil, reducing erosion and preventing harmful runoff into the river.
Trees are Climate Regulators
Forests act as carbon sinks, helping to mitigate climate change by absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
Our Projects with Jeevitnadi
"Trees are not only natural wonders but are vital to the functioning of any ecosystem. Conserving them and the environment is paramount, especially in the world of today, where we forget that the Earth is the only planet we have."
-Aryaman Deshmukh, Founder
It all started for Aryaman with a school project in the seventh grade. His school, Vidya Valley worked with Jeevitnadi for a project about river awareness, which he was a part of. Moving forward, he partook in a street play by Jeevitnadi about the importance of conserving our rivers, and it spiralled from there.
Aryaman, in collaboration with Jeevitnadi founded 'The Tree Map' - realising the importance of conserving rivers, the riparian zones around them and the environment as a whole.
The team at the Tree Map works to integrate technology into the world of conservation, using the plethora of tech resources to elevate conservational work.
The Tree Map, augments Jeevitnadi's work in the field of conservation by mapping trees and creating a tree database.
Join us to 'Map a Tree, Save a Tree', for a better tomorrow.
Our Team
We are a team of volunteers who work at the tree map. Anyone and everyone can join us to save and protect our environment. We currently work at the Ram-Mula river confluence, but we are looking to expand. Contact us for more details!
